Philosophy, Ethics and Lifestyle

At the core of the Naam Yoga® teachings is the wisdom which illuminates consciousness for the rapid evolution of the soul. In this course, you will learn the relationship between man and God, the microcosm and macrocosm, and experience how Divine Spiritual Wisdom is a true and permanent cure for disease, fear, and suffering. It is in Wisdom that the soul can be found. We will devote additional time to learning the principles behind the philosophy of Naam Yoga®.

Anatomy and Physiology

In this outstanding portion of the program participants will study the foundations of traditional anatomy, physiology, and the chakra system, in addition to the spiritual anatomy of the soul. There is also an emphasis on neurology, and injury prevention.

Teaching Practicum Classes

Develop your own teaching style during practice sessions with fellow trainees. You will also get the opportunity to learn from and support your peers under the supervision of the Teacher Trainers. You will be able to give and receive constructive feedback throughout the program, as you deepen your understanding of how to teach Naam Yoga®.

Teaching Methodology

Learn the skills needed to be a transformational Naam Yoga™ teacher, how to work with students of all levels, and how to develop curriculums for specialized environments. You will also learn ethics for maintaining effective, uplifting interaction with students, as well as understanding what your role in modern society is as a teacher of Naam Yoga®.

Finances and Administration

Please Note: Naam Yoga Teacher Training has a "pay to play" policy for all training programs. Students who are not in compliance with the fee timetable for any course will not be permitted to attend courses until they have brought themselves current. Students who miss a portion of the course because they were "behind" in their fee timetable will be able to make up those hours in subsequent trainings once they have completed an application for extension, including payment of any adjunct fees required (see application for extension below).

Acceptable Methods of Payment
• Cash
• Credit Card
• Check
• Money Order
• Bank Transfer

Attendance Policy
Students are required to attend all portions of the training in order to graduate. Students who have to miss a portion must fill out an application for extension at the end of the training to make it up in a subsequent training, or as detailed by the Naam Yoga Teacher Training Team.

Homework
In order to graduate, students must complete all homework and all assigned readings by the completion of the training. Students who have not completed by the end of the training must fill out an application for extension.

Application for Extension
Students who have not fulfilled any aspect of the training by the end of the training must fill out an application for extension, which grants them up to one year to complete the missing portion(s) of the training. By doing so, they agree to pay a $21 per month fee which is run automatically by Credit Card (via Auto Renew) until their assigned work is done. Students who have not completed all missing portions of their training after 1 year will no longer be considered eligible to receive their certification.
