Christina Pabers MA TCM, L.Ac has served in the field of health and fitness for over 19 years. While she currently holds her four year Master’s Degree in Chinese Medicine and has nearly completed her PhD in Classical Oriental Medicine, she has also served in the field of fitness with her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, emphasizing Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics. She teaches anatomy and physiology for Naam Yoga teacher training certification programs. She also teaches Shakti Naam classes, a powerful form of healing derived from the Himalayas and recently, for the first time, shared with the Western world through Dr. Levry. Christina's Naam Yoga classes are fun, inspiring of a deep meditative experience as well as informative. With a passion for empowering her clients, she draws upon her vast knowledge of herbs and nutrition, acupuncture, and fitness to coach and treat her clients toward well being. Christina Pabers is a senior staff for the Naam Yoga Teacher certification Program and Harmonyum Energy Healing Certification Program. She is a long time student of Dr. Joseph Michael Levry, PhD, Metaphysician and founder of Naam Yoga. She teaches anatomy, physiology, brain-meditation dynamics and herbal medicine in New York, Mexico, Germany, Switzerland and California. Her most recent endeavor is the Naam Meditation Group Acupuncture Program, inspired by Dr. Levry. This program represents her vision of community coming together to contribute group healing.
