Claudia Carnesella Vinyasa

Claudia Carnesella has been practicing yoga for over ten years and teaching for seven. She trained with Chuck Miller and Maty Ezraty as well as being mentored under Jasmine Lieb and Heather Seiniger. For Claudia, yoga is a way of life. Yoga brings health, centers the body and the soul, rejuvenates and brings a tremendous amount of joy and happiness to her life. These are the very benefits that she brings to her students. She is passionate about sharing these benefits as well as an understanding of the potential of their yoga practices with her students. Claudia has a strong athletic background, participating at a state and national levels in holding track and field, cross-country running, swimming, volleyball and crew. She specializes in Hatha yoga and enjoys teaching all levels from beginners to advanced with dynamic flow and music.
